Cancellation Policy — AWAM Hotel & Wellness

Introduction

This cancellation policy applies to the cancellation of a reservation of accommodation services made between the customer ordering the accommodation services and the accommodation provider (the hotel operator).
The cancellation fee is calculated from the total value of the order.
The cancellation fee represents compensation for the damage caused to the accommodation provider.

Cancellation terms

Cancellation 10 days or less before arrival 30 %

Cancellation 3 days or less before arrival 60 %

Cancellation 1 day before arrival 100 %

The percentages are calculated from the total price of the stay.

If no deposit has been paid from which the cancellation fees could be deducted, the accommodation provider has the right to send the customer an invoice for the amount of the cancellation fees.

In the case of cancellation for serious reasons, the date may be changed by mutual agreement.

Cancellation terms for groups of 6 or more rooms

30 – 25 days before arrival 10 %

24 – 15 days before arrival 30 %

14 – 4 days before arrival 60 %

3 – 0 days before arrival 100 %

The percentages are calculated from the total price of the stay. The accommodation provider has the right to send the customer an invoice for the amount of the cancellation fees.

Final provisions

These terms are valid and effective from 1 July 2025.
The cancellation policy applies to orders made via the reservation form, by e-mail and by telephone.
A reservation may be cancelled by either the accommodation provider or the customer only in writing (by e-mail).
