Accommodation rules
The accommodation provider may accommodate a guest who presents a valid identity card or passport at reception. In special cases, the accommodation provider may offer the guest accommodation other than that agreed, provided it does not substantially differ from the confirmed booking.
On the basis of a booked and confirmed stay, the accommodation provider is obliged to allow check-in from 14:00.
The guest uses the hotel room for the period agreed with the accommodation facility. Unless a different length of stay has been agreed in advance, the guest shall check out no later than 11:00 on the day of departure. The room must be vacated by that time. If the guest does not meet this deadline, the accommodation facility may charge for the following day's stay.
If a guest requests an extension of their stay, they may be offered a room other than the one in which they were originally accommodated.
The guest has the right to use the hotel room's fittings and facilities, the common areas and the services of the accommodation facility.
The guest is fully liable for any damage they cause to the property of the accommodation facility. If the guest has paid a deposit for the stay or for services used, that deposit will be used first to cover any damage demonstrably caused by the guest.
Furniture must not be moved in the rooms, and no interference with the electrical or any other installations is permitted. Guests may not use their own electrical appliances in the rooms, with the exception of those used for personal hygiene.
Visitors of accommodated guests must be reported at the reception of the accommodation facility. Each time the guest leaves the room, they are obliged to turn off the lights, make sure the taps are closed and lock the door.
The guest is obliged to behave in the room and in the other areas of the accommodation facility in such a way that no fire is caused. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and throughout all interiors.
Between 22:00 and 6:00, guests must behave so as not to disturb the night-time quiet. The accommodation provider will call for medical assistance for a guest who falls ill or is injured, or will arrange transport to hospital. Any subsequent medical care, apart from first aid on the hotel premises, is paid for by the guest.
The accommodation provider is liable for items brought into the hotel by the guest, provided they were stored in the place designated for this purpose. The accommodation provider is liable for money and valuables only if it accepted them for safekeeping against a receipt.
The guest is obliged to pay for the accommodation and the services provided in accordance with the applicable price list, as a rule at the end of the stay. The price list for accommodation and services is published on the hotel's website. The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of these rules. In the event of a gross breach of them, the management of the accommodation facility has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period expires. Guest complaints and any suggestions for improving the operation of the accommodation facility are received by the management of the accommodation facility.
