Entry to the wellness

  • The wellness is private; entry is granted only to persons holding a valid reservation.
  • Entry is permitted only to persons over 18 years of age; children only when accompanied by an adult.
  • Persons with health problems (cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.) use the wellness at their own risk.
  • Pregnant women may use the wellness only after consulting their doctor.

Hygiene obligations

  • A shower without soap or oils is mandatory before entering both the sauna and the whirlpool.
  • Enter the sauna without swimwear, always with a towel or sheet placed under your entire body.
  • Enter the whirlpool only in clean swimwear.
  • The use of cosmetic products and oils in the whirlpool and in the sauna is prohibited.

Sauna rules

  • Recommended time in the sauna: 10 – 15 min.
  • Cooling down and resting between individual cycles is recommended.

It is prohibited to

  • Pour anything onto the sauna heater other than the designated products.
  • Operate the sauna controls without being instructed by staff.
  • Enter under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances.

Whirlpool rules

  • Recommended time in the whirlpool: max. 20 min.

It is prohibited to

  • Jump into the whirlpool.
  • Consume food in the whirlpool.
  • Use glass objects.
  • Contaminate the water.

Safety and liability

  • Every visitor is responsible for their own health and safety.
  • The operator is not liable for injuries caused by failure to comply with these operating rules.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Any defects must be reported to staff immediately.

Prohibitions

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the wellness area.
  • Damaging the facility and its equipment is prohibited.
  • Theft of the wellness equipment, including its small decorative items, is prohibited.
  • Animals are not allowed.

Protection of property

The operator is not liable for the loss of personal belongings.

Final provision

The operator reserves the right to refuse or terminate the stay of any person who breaches these operating rules, with no entitlement to a refund.

Opening hours

  • Private wellness opening hours: 9:00 – 22:00. The latest possible reservation is at 19:30.
  • The wellness operates on the basis of a prior reservation.
  • A technical break for cleaning and disinfection is observed between individual visits.

Description of the wellness room

The wellness includes:

  • Finnish sauna
  • Whirlpool tub
  • Showers, toilet
  • Relaxation area

Hygiene conditions of operation

1) Personal hygiene of visitors

  • Showering is mandatory before entering the sauna and the whirlpool.
  • Visitors enter the sauna without swimwear, always with a mat (towel / sheet).
  • Visitors enter the whirlpool in clean swimwear.
  • The use of cosmetic products in the water is prohibited.

2) Entry to the wellness

  • Entry is permitted only to persons over 18 years of age; children only when accompanied by an adult.
  • Persons with health problems (cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.) use the wellness at their own risk.
  • Pregnant women may use the wellness only after consulting their doctor.

3) Maintenance and disinfection

The following is carried out after each use:

  • Manual cleaning of surfaces.
  • Disinfection of surfaces using approved disinfectants.
  • The whirlpool is equipped with a filtration and disinfection system.
  • Water quality is checked in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and hygiene regulations.
  • Operating records are kept of the maintenance performed.

Operational safety

  • Visitors are obliged to follow the operator's instructions.
  • Handling of technical equipment is prohibited.
  • In the event of a defect, staff must be informed without delay.
  • The operator ensures regular inspections of the equipment.

Waste management

  • Waste is sorted and disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Any hygienic waste generated is placed in sealable containers.
