What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you arrive earlier, we're happy to store your luggage in a lockable room.
Can I arrive earlier or leave later?
Yes, we'll arrange early check-in or late check-out subject to availability. Just let reception know in advance at +420 799 015 419.
How do I get in outside reception hours?
Reception is open daily 8:00–20:00. Outside these hours we offer self check-in by prior arrangement — we'll send you instructions on how to reach your room.

Parking & directions
Where do I park and how much does it cost?
The hotel has its own private car park (30 spaces) for 150 CZK/night; the entrance is through the building, about 100 m from Brněnská street. We recommend reserving a space in advance.
How do I get to you by car?
From the D11 motorway take EXIT 90 (Hradec Králové – Kukleny), continue along Pražská třída past the Aupark shopping centre, then along Gočárova třída and Brněnská. AWAM Hotel is on your right; the car park entrance is through the building.
Private wellness
Is the wellness really private?
Yes. You rent the whole zone just for yourselves — sauna, hot tub and relaxation area. No one else enters during your booking.
What zones do you have and for how many people?
We have four private zones. Industry, Rustical and Pure are for 2–4 people; the largest zone, Global, is for 2–8 people — ideal for larger groups and celebrations.
How do day and overnight wellness bookings work?
The day booking is 120 minutes within opening hours 9:00–22:00. The overnight booking runs from 20:00 to 9:00 and includes staying over in the wellness.
